Creative Playzone Rules and Regulations

  • All people must be supervised by a responsible adult or caregiver at all times. A responsible caregiver is someone who is a minimum of 18 years old.
  • Admission is one-day unlimited and non-transferable.
  • Monthly pass is non-transferable.
  • A Physical Monthly Pass card must be thereupon admission to the playzone. The photo is not acceptable.
  • If a membership card is lost, replacements are available for $5+Tax.
  • Encouraging walking is always prioritized for the safety of our youngest participants.
  • Everyone attending, including supervising caregivers and adults, must take off their shoes and wear socks while in our facility.
  • No food, snacks, or drinks are allowed in our facility. Water is permitted.
  • Nuts are not permitted. Our facility is entirely nut-free.
  • No glass, bottles, or sharp objects in the play areas.
  • Creative Playzone is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Climbing on slides, nettings, walls, or poles in the play area is strictly prohibited.
  • Please keep balls in the ball pit areas.
  • Rough play, bullying, aggression, or yelling are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Please wash your hands before entering the play areas.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises. If you have a service animal, please request to speak with a manager for assistance.
  • Please be mindful of smaller children.
  • The toddler area is strictly intended for children ages 4 and under.
  • If any concerns or issues arise, please inform the management promptly.
  • Please be aware that any yelling, disrespect, or aggression towards staff members may lead to suspension from using the playground. We reserve the right to take appropriate action.
  • In case of an emergency, call 911 immediately.
